I have observed in her class before. I found some of the things that she said interesing. About how she is very hard on herself this first year. And how she came about singing to her students. As a first year teacher I dont think I will be as hard on myself as she is. I am not one to dwell on the mistakes I make(if thats what she ment by it). I learn from it and move on. Being that I will be a lifeskills teacher im not sure what action I will take to for disiplin, but I could sing to them for encouagement. I dont think for that population they will understand why im sing to them for behavior problems.
